This anthology highlights several insights from Samuel Rutherford's turbulent, yet fruitful ministry as a Scottish Covenanter. It contains a selection of his remarkable sayings as well as excerpts from his classic letters. Four of his sermons, retaining the original Scots dialect of that era, have also been included. They are: Christ's Napkin, The Forlorn Son,T he Weeping Mary at the Sepulchre and The Worth and Excellence of Christ.
