What about Jonah ?

The precious prophecy of Jonah, given firstly to Israel, contained amazing events which occurred some seven hundred years before their Messiah came to them. This book is much enjoyed by children, and is perhaps the one most scoffed at when subjected to the “understanding of men” (see 1 Corinthians 14:20). The author confesses to having dodged the issue for many years, but, after diligent study of the Scriptures, he found it to be an amazing prophecy of the redemptive work of Christ Jesus - quite overwhelming in every detail.
