There are seven feasts and a fast listed in Leviticus 23.The Sabbath Passover Unleavened Bread First fruits Feast of Weeks Feast of Trumpets Day of Atonement Feast of Tabernacles Even the Fast, the Day of Atonement, is included with the Feasts. This is because the word Mo’ed does not mean feast as we understand the word. It means an appointed time or occasion. The Day of Atonement is as much an appointed occasion as all the others. Besides these, two more were added at a later date.
