In 1 Corinthians 5 Paul refers to the believers at Corinth as “babes” without doubt they lack Christian maturity. In this book John Hunter probes the lack of spiritual maturity in many Christians today and through using some of the well known characters in the Old Testament, such as Rahab, Joshua and even Achan, how we as believers can become mature in their faith and understanding of Biblical and spiritual truths.
The need is, as it has been even from the time of Paul, is that men and women will proceed to maturity, and experience power in their daily lives and possess a robust quality of vigourous endurance and then we would witness a dramatic and radical change in our congregations today.
